I fail to see how the service could improve because it was excellent in every way.Andy and the first class young lady who helped him explained each step to me and were very patient.He went the extra mile and helped me with another appointment which was wonderful.Both of them were charming and professional

I was referred to the diagnostic imaging for barium swallow test. Mr Wilkinson explained the whole procedure allowing me to understand what will happen during each step of the process. He was calm, patient and emphatic, which are important characteristics when it comes to deal with an anxious patient. My visit was fast and successful. In my opinion, continuing a work with such attitude and professionalism as presented by Mr Wilkinson, there will be no need for further improvements.
